November 24, 2009

SANTA MONICA, Calif., Nov. 24 -- Reprints Desk, Inc., the content workflow company, today announced that it will make its bulk article reprints, commercial document printing, and top-rated document delivery services available to the United States government sector vis-a-vis parent company Derycz Scientific, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: DYSC). Derycz Scientific was awarded a five year General Services Administration (GSA) Federal Supply Schedule Contract #GS-02F-0048W on November 16, 2009.

"Our GSA schedule award is significant because it affords entities in the government sector with a reliable, approved source for full-service document delivery and reprint fulfillment," said Scott Ahlberg, Head of Corporate Services at Reprints Desk. "It also simplifies contracting and price negotiation processes for potential customers, making it easier to do business with Reprints Desk."

Federal, state, and local government entities can begin using the contract immediately. Transactional charges under the GSA schedule include: a flat rate document delivery service fee, copyright charges, linkout delivery service fee, and a bounceback service fee for filtering orders against print and electronic holdings in order to re-route these for internal fulfillment.
