Direct Links From Email Notifications For Faster Queue Access
Email notifications now contain direct links that take admins directly to specific orders in the Bounceback, Token, or Office Hours Queues.
This allows admins to easily navigate from email alerts to the relevant queue, reducing administrative steps, speeding up issue resolution, and ensuring timely support for their team.
Simplified Login Navigation For Seamless Switching Between Admin & User Logins
By including a link from the Admin Login/Logout pages to the User Login page, admins can more easily switch between user and admin login pages, improving navigation between portals. Faster transitions between roles help reduce confusion and enhance the productivity our admin.
Streamlined Payment Process With Addition Of Credit Card Payment Option To Invoices
We’ve added a credit card payment option through the EbizCharge portal to both the monthly invoice emails and PDF invoices. Customers can now easily pay invoices by credit card through a secure portal. The payment link is included in both email and PDF invoices, allowing customers to choose their preferred method and making invoice payments more flexible and convenient.

Efficient Duplicate Citation Management With A Single Click
We’ve introduced a highly requested Delete All Duplicates In Folder feature.
The one-click deletion feature streamlines the process, significantly reducing the time and effort required to manage large folders with multiple duplicates. Additionally, a new modal informs users that if duplicates have annotations, the most recent version will be retained, ensuring important notes are not lost.
By simplifying duplicate management, this update enhances overall user satisfaction and productivity, enabling researchers to focus on their work rather than tedious tasks.
Note: Users can still choose to keep specific duplicate records individually, as part of our Article Galaxy Professional feature set.
Increased Control & Flexibility Via Selective Export For Article Galaxy References Folder Items

Users can now receive email alerts for new items within RSS feeds, allowing for up-to-date notifications of new content. Easily configure notifications for individual feeds for greater control over which updates are received.
Enriched Search Functionality With Date Added Search Parameter
We’ve introduced the "Date Added" search option across key areas of the Article Galaxy References platform, giving researchers more precise, flexible search capabilities and making it easier to find the most relevant references.
Researchers can now filter results based on when references were added, offering more control and relevance in their searches. Available in multiple areas—Company PDF Library, Orders, Personal and Shared Folders—this feature ensures more targeted results across the platform.
Additionally, a calendar selector simplifies choosing specific date ranges, speeding up the process of finding relevant documents.
Upgraded Visibility & Efficiency Via Visual Indicators For Tags, Notes, & Custom Fields
Visual indicators in the grid view of Article Galaxy References show, at a glance, which citations have Tags, Notes, or Custom Fields.

Quick Folder Insights With Hover-To-View Folder Descriptions
Folders now feature hover-to-view descriptions for instant identification of a folder's content without the need to open it, expediting navigation and organization. To utilize this feature, a description box is now included when creating folders, so users can easily label and organize.
New Tag Creation Directly From Grid’s Right-Click Menu
Users can create new tags directly from the right-click menu while selecting multiple items in the grid. This feature allows for on-the-spot tag creation and application without leaving the grid.
