Last month, we unveiled key improvements in the implementation of our Augmented Search Criteria in the Article Galaxy References UI Company PDF Library, Folders, and Shared Folders. This month, we have enhanced search functionality in the primary Article Galaxy UI Company PDF Library. 

UI Functionality was expanded to include the highly requested "Exact Phrase" search option, designed to deliver more precise and accurate search results.

Moreover, we have made it even easier to find what you’re looking for by allowing you to search using various fields:

•   Title
•   Author
•   Journal
•   Year

For those looking for more advanced search options, we have added Boolean operators (AND/OR) so users can build more complex queries and narrow down their search results even further.

This comprehensive search capability ensures you have multiple avenues at your disposal when searching for necessary literature.

• Access AI-Powered Browsing & Ordering Recommendations in Cross-Platform PDF Viewer

We've implemented a user-friendly side bar that can easily be shown or hidden with just a click of the "menu" button at the top of the PDF Viewer in both Article Galaxy and Article Galaxy References.

This new side bar will display the citation information, as well as provide a convenient list of recommended articles. You may already be familiar with this functionality in other sections of Article Galaxy, thanks to our powerful Semantic Scholar integration which is powered by AI.

By seamlessly connecting users to articles they may be interested in, this side bar will make the order process quicker and more efficient. With just one click, you'll be able to access article details and place your order effortlessly.

With our latest release, we are excited to announce that we are offering an improved way to manage supplementary materials. As you may already know, we've always been able to acquire supplementary material for any article, regardless of publisher or journal.

Now, not only do we store requested supplementary materials within your Company PDF Library, but we also automatically re-deliver them for requisitioned articles that are already in your library - for any user with access to your Company PDF Library.

But that's not all… all these materials seamlessly flow into Article Galaxy References.

You no longer have to worry about searching for supplementary materials disjointedly during your literature acquisition process. Our improvement saves you time and money, and allows you to concentrate your efforts where it truly counts.
