Role Overview
Research Solutions is looking for a Sales/Revenue Operations Manager to join our growing team. This role will be focused on sales process, optimization, reporting and CRM data hygiene for both pre and post sales activities. This will include oversight of territory mapping and compensation/incentive structure to exceed sales targets. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, this role will require management of a small team, support of a global sales multi-time zone team, and close alignment with product, marketing, and finance teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a small team of sales support coordinators
- Sales process development, enablement, and optimization
- Territory planning and mapping
- Implementation of compensation and incentive programs
- Optimization of tools, knowledge base and collateral
- Sales Reporting, forecasting and analysis
- Maintain CRM application
- Sales support with a focus on revenue growth
Requirements
- 5+ years of sales and/or sales operations experience
- B2B SaaS (Software as a Service) experience
- CRM application proficiency (HubSpot and/or Salesforce)
- Financial analysis skills
- Reporting skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Well organized, highly dependable and efficient
- Self-starter and problem solver
- Thrive in fast paced environment and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
