As a Sales Operations Director you will be responsible for managing a team of prospectors and a database analyst, working towards getting appointments in the Sales & Account Manager pipelines.
You will find data for the CRM system, continuously keep the CRM data up to date (sourcing data and managing Weaviate database) and get trade show data to support Sales Managers in being productive at tradeshows.
Among other responsibilities, the Sales Operations Director will strive to optimize conversion rates, run and interpret sales & prospecting reports, and prepare conferences for the SMs and AMs.
The position reports to the Chief Sales Officer.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a remote team of prospectors and a data analyst
Creating and driving appointments for Sales Managers & Account Managers
Run and interpret Sales and Prospecting reports, ensuring the team performs in the most optimal way
Working with suppliers to get data sets to keep CRM systems clean and up to date
Prepare conferences for Sales and Account Managers
Requirements
Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English
At least 5 years relevant work experience (previous work in prospecting, conversion, strong familiarity and experience working with concepts such as MQLs, Average Selling Price and Sales Cycle Length)
Strong capabilities in Excel (advanced functions)
Organized, data-driven, analytical, forward-thinking and performance focused
Familiarity with Salesforce
Comfortable with remote work with international teams
Management experience with a hands-on attitude (leadership and proactivity)
