As an Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative support by performing administrative duties for executive management.
Responsibilities may include screening calls, making travel and meeting arrangements and preparing reports and financial data. This critical support position requires flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills, project coordination experience and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management, Executive Team, Board of Directors, staff, clients and vendors. This position is remote, based in Mexico, and reports to the CEO and CFO.
Manage and maintain schedules for members of the Executive Team
Providing administrative support, such as writing and editing e-mails and memos, screening calls and e-mails, and preparing communications on behalf of members of the Executive Team
File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports
Coordinate both internal and external meetings and conferences
Arrange and coordinate travel arrangements
Manage expense report coordination and submission
Develop and maintain databases, spreadsheets and presentations as needed, using the appropriate software
Other responsibilities as assigned
