Copyright Fee Cap
Are you concerned with the constantly rising costs of copyright fees? We realize how difficult it is to judge the total cost of an order when the copyright fees vary so widely. To help solve this problem, Research Solutions allows our clients to set a cap on the amount they are willing to pay for copyright fees. For instance, if you set a copyright fee cap at $39 (a typical amount set by our clients) and the document you’ve requested has a copyright fee of $32, we’ll continue to process the order without contacting you. However, if the document has a copyright fee of $45, we’ll contact you before processing the request. At this point, you can either accept the additional fee or cancel the request. Either way, you have a reasonable expectation as to the cost of your order and can budget accordingly.
