Over the last couple years, there’s been an increase in the number of people using e-book readers, like the Kindle or the Nook, to consume the information once exclusively held in books and newspapers. In fact, Amazon recently announced that e-book sales have overtaken those of more traditional media. This fact can be viewed as good or bad depending on your stance, and throwing copyright issues into the mix makes it even more of a sticky situation.
