The surprised librarian says, “Sir, this is a library!” So the blind-man whispers, “Sorry… I’ll take a burger, french-fries and a soda.” I can’t tell you how many times I heard Richard tell this joke during our recent visit to Washington, DC. It made sense, though, being that we were at the annual meeting of The American Association of Law Libraries. This was our second year exhibiting at the meeting, and just as the SLA conference was a month before, we had a great time getting to know some of our clients, meeting new people and exploring the city.

Of course, we want to make sure the conference attendees leave knowing about our service, and we try to leave an impression with the buttons we hand out. They’ve been a hit at the conferences we’ve attended the last couple years, and this year we passed out close to 6000! We also held three drawings, in which the prize is the winner’s choice of a gift-card to Starbucks, Amazon or Barnes & Noble. This year’s winners are:
