When you hear about the American Dream, what comes to mind? Is it the story of a young immigrant who leaves his home with nothing but hope and the sheer tenacity it takes to pull himself up by his own bootstraps? Maybe it’s the narrative of a girl who has grown up surrounded by poverty and the world it breeds, only to rise above it through education and become a successful business-woman. Or, is it simply the story of taking an idea and transforming it into reality through hard work? Research Solutions is the result of the latter.
When Richard, Shane, Chris and Ryan gathered together for the first time in the small Northern California town of Chico in March of 2002, they had one purpose in mind – to determine how they could pool their talents to create a successful internet-based business! Their focus led to discussions of the document delivery industry. After many lengthy and enthusiastic meetings, a consensus was finally reached several weeks later. The four men had identified a need for an outstanding, service-based, customer-oriented document delivery company with the goal to make document delivery easy.
Now, nearly a decade later and after the successful delivery of hundreds of thousands of documents, we believe Research Solutions has met that need. As our network of libraries continues to grow, so does the roster of companies and clients we have the pleasure of working with, and while helping them reach their goals, we get to know our clients personally. Truly, it is for these individuals that we work hard to make document delivery easy.
